- The promo image isn't the full spec. A beautiful product photo can show a configuration that isn't the model number you ordered. Verify against the model description, not the picture.
- "Or equal" substitutions. If the dealer writes "or equal" on a Viking spec, you're giving up control over performance. The Viking brand's value is the particular engineering and build; a substitution changes the whole system.
- Delivery appointments are not optional. A missed receiving window can add two weeks because freight forwarders reschedule on their own timeline, not yours.
